For new initiatives, document business use cases and requirements and work with software engineering and other resources to implement and test rollouts.Work with departments such as Clinical Operations, Growth, Care Coordination, and Finance to roll out process improvements and transformations to our client journey, from website to treatment.Analyze prospect, client, and user behaviour to help inform Field Trip’s technology and business strategy and to suggest new initiatives.Understand and map different systems and data flows within the Field Trip eco-system.Document, track, and prioritize project and change requests and conduct sprint planning on upcoming rollouts.You will work with our internal and external stakeholders to: The Analyst will also provide support for users and other stakeholders across a variety of systems used to manage Field Trip operations.
Reporting into our technology organization, Field Trip’s new Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting a variety of projects for our clinical and corporate teams, as well as workflow and system improvement solutions across the company’s technology stack.
